Both hotels offer a free continental breakfast, and the Vineyard Courtyard
in addition offers wine in the evening. Conferees will be bussed from the
hotels to the conference auditorium, though more energetic people may wish
to walk (about 20 minutes).
If conferees give us their arrival time on Friday, November 6 at the
College Station airport, we will try to make arrangements to pick them up
and take them to their hotel.
